Bodhi Brands began in a kitchen — not just with ingredients, but with intention. Founded by Executive Chef Roberto Barth, the brand was born from a lifetime of culinary exploration, deep respect for tradition, and a passion for sharing meaningful food experiences.
Chef Roberto trained in some of the finest kitchens in the country, working alongside James Beard Award-winning chefs, Master Chefs, and culinary mentors who instilled in him not just technique, but purpose. From fast-paced restaurant brigades to exclusive private estates, he’s cooked for high-profile clients, luxury events, and intimate family tables alike.
But Bodhi Brands didn’t start with prestige — it started with people. With the joy of cooking for his own family. With the fulfillment of teaching curious cooks of all ages — from children discovering their first ingredients to adults refining their culinary techniques.
